Rising into Full Expression: Workshop Series 

A transformational workshop series designed to help participants understand, heal, clear, and awaken more fully into the human experience. Through self-awareness, shadow integration, meditation, energetic practices, and embodied living, each workshop builds upon the last, guiding participants toward greater freedom, authenticity, purpose, and unconditional love.

Vanessa’s workshops are an immersive experiences that support personal growth, emotional healing, spiritual exploration, and conscious living. Drawing from intuitive guidance, mindfulness, energy facilitation, and transformational teachings, each workshop offers practical tools and meaningful insights that participants can integrate into everyday life.

Whether focused on self-discovery, empowerment, healing, spiritual development, or shadow work these workshops are designed to inspire deeper connection with oneself and others while fostering lasting transformation.

Investment 

2 hour workshops- $33 each 

Attend individual workshops and get a punch card, after 5 classes get the 6th at no charge.

Awaken to the Shadow September 12th 3-5pm

An introduction to self-awareness and shadow work. Where there is light, there is shadow. Together we explore the hidden patterns, beliefs, wounds, and conditioning that shape our experience and prepare for the work of conscious transformation.

Do the Work (Fall: TBA)

Understanding spiritual death, transformation, and the mourning of what once was. Learn how to honor emotions, integrate past versions of yourself, and practice forgiveness—not as forgetting, but as giving yourself freedom. Together we clear the dust and clutter of the shadows and make space for something new.

Clearing Rituals and Meditation (Winter: TBA)

A guided meditation experience focused on releasing limiting beliefs, energetic attachments, outdated agreements, and self-made promises stored within. Learn practical clearing rituals and receive take-home practices for continued transformation. NPMDT Meditations

Strengthening the Flow of Abundance (End of Winter / Spring: TBA)

Explore the relationship between gratitude, self-worth, receptivity, and abundance. Learn daily practices, affirmations, and mindset shifts that support greater flow, alignment, and opportunity. Includes a take-home gratitude challenge.

Stepping into soul gifts (End of Spring / Summer: TBA)

Having cleared limiting patterns and strengthened alignment throughout the series, participants are invited to explore the gifts that naturally emerge when the soul is given space to shine. Through a guided chakra activation, visualization, and meditative journey, we will explore our unique energetic blueprints, assist in awakening innate gifts and abilities, strengthen intuition, and gain greater clarity around our purpose and path.

Living Your Full Expression (Summer:TBA)

Integrating all that has been discovered throughout the series. Learn how to embody your authentic self, trust your inner guidance, express your gifts with confidence, and live from greater alignment, purpose, and unconditional love.

Participants will have access to free ongoing group support and community connection throughout the series, along with optional paid opportunities for private guidance and deeper exploration with Vanessa.
