Refund policy

Generally, we do not accept returns/refunds because of the nature of the products we sell.  BUT we want you to be happy so if there’s a problem reach out to connect@spiritmercantile.com.

Remember, we’re a super small business so be patient and please include your phone number, it might be easier for us to just work it out via phone.

If your product arrives damaged, please take a time/date stamped photo within 48-hours of receipt and send it to connect@spiritmercantile.com. 

We make every effort to package products in a way that they’ll survive shipping but we can’t control the shipping company (we can complain but if the driver is having a bad day and drop kicks your package, we can’t fix that).  Because of this we always recommend insurance for pricier orders.

Every concern will be handled on a case-by-case basis and if a refund/return IS warranted then:

  • you are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.
  • refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used when making the purchase. 
  • you will receive an email confirmation once your account has been refunded.
